Pfizer vs. Moderna: The Race for The Vaccine
The past few weeks have been talking all about the new COVID-19 viruses being tested. Pfizer came out with the first vaccine for the coronavirus however, shortly thereafter Moderna said they have a vaccine in the works that is 4.5% safer than Pfizer's. This gave Dow Jones a boost and is helping ease the general public's mind after these months we've had as a country. From the racial inequality movement known as Black Lives Matter to the lockdown and the election, this year has been absolutely insane. I hope the last of this month can be taken slow and carefree because with everyone on edge with the coronavirus killing hundreds of thousands and the cases spiking like never before we need a break. Time can only tell whether Moderna or Pfizer will be the main distributor of the COVID vaccine or maybe they will both release very efficient ones to the world.
Unfortunately some won’t want to get the vaccine within the first few months that it is available thus leading to more cases going into 2021, and with the holidays coming up its likely that cases will continue to rise in 2020.~Taylor

ReplyDeleteI don't think we should go back to school after thanksgiving break because there is a very high chance of a lot of people getting infected.
ReplyDeletei think it’s sad how even when it comes to our health and lives, people cannot stop competing. i will be grateful for whichever organization comes out with an effective vaccine. -vianka
ReplyDeleteIt is sad that people are not taking care of themselves and taking more precautions during this pandemic. People are not taking it seriously anymore and it truly shows how people act when health and others lives are involved.
